In this judgment the Court of Appeal has declared the contracts null and void, ordering Silverpoint Vacations to return the sum of £ 52,550.35 plus another £ 88,960 in concept of money unduly anticipated. In addition, the judgement, as can be seen in the yellow highlighted, awards my clients with the legal costs in both first instance and on appeal (and this is not as usual as it might seem).
In the main, contracts are declared null for exceeding the maximum time allowed of 50 years and for not complying with the requirements of Law 42/98.
