ANFI. Court nº 3 declares contract null and void, returns anticipated monies, and condemns in costs and interests.

I received this sentence some time ago, in fact it is now on appeal pending, since last September 23, 2019, that the Court of Appeals set a date for the Deliberation, Voting and Judgment. On this occasion, in the first instance, the victory was absolute, declaring the contract null and void, and condemning Anfi to return to my clients the sum of 35,552 euros (15,352.00 euros for the nullity of the contract and the other 20,200 euros for the return of unduly anticipated money). It also condemns legal costs and interest from the moment of the judicial claim. A full-blown triumph.
